road trip
We are going on a long cross country road trip this summer. We’d like to fly, but the prices are just astronomical right now. We did the math, and it will save a ton for us to drive. I’m not looking forward to being in the car with the kids for 3 days! We are going to rent a nice van, though, so that is good. Everyone will have plenty of room and space. I’d like to get one with a television, too. I looked on www.Direct.TV to see if there was a way to get a deal for the car, but it seems like those packages are for home televisions only. I’m not even sure if we could get a signal on some parts of the trip. It’d be great if it could come with a dvd player, and then the kids can just pop in a movie. That would hopefully buy us 2 hours of quiet time without the kids fighting. Unless of course, they are fighting over which movie to watch!
